Body: 10 plys of select
hardwoods, .75" thick. High back body with crown/curve
is standard.
Base Frame consists of special 1
1/4" mandrel bent 18 gauge steel tubing. Frame is
finished with a tough, scratch resistant powder coated finish
available in a variety of colors and textures.
Foam: 2.5" of 2.2 lb high
density poly virgin foam.
Ganging device is .25" thick
polypropylene. It carries a lifetime warranty against
breakage. Ganger swivels out of sight for safety and
appearance when not in use.
COM (Customer's own material)
estimates above are based on 54" wide fabric. A sample
must be submitted to Uniflex CFI for approval and actual yardage
requirements.
Glue used is Bordon Casco CR-583.
Design Features:
- Suggested spacing back to back for
rows is 36". All units stack 7 high. One
stack occupies approximately 4.3 square feet.
- Cushions and body are fully
upholstered.
- All recommended fabrics exceed
commercial standards for wear and stain resistance.
- Optional under seat metal bookracks
are front & rear access with an opening clearance of
3"
